Avni and Amish Patel's Story
Seventeen years ago, Keller Williams Southwest (KWSW agent Sapana Patel was Avni and Amish Patel’s wedding planner. Avni says, “Sapana is genuine. As our wedding planner she was not a salesperson. She was out to do what was best for us and to get us the best deal.”
Fast forward to today in Avni and Amish are living abroad. “We still had our home in Telfair,” explains Avni. “You can’t just leave a big house empty, so my parents were helping us take care of it. It was getting difficult for my parents to manage. We needed to downsize to something we could just lock and go. We contacted Sapana to help us find something smaller, and to help us sell our Telfair home.
“We described to Sapana exactly what we wanted in our new home. We even made her go to Midtown to look at places. But the Sapana knew what was right for our family. She’s like the oracle. She knows the market and every home in this area better than anyone. We had not lived here in 17 years. Sapana knew all the ins and outs and she worked with our time difference of eight hours. She found us a townhouse in Sweetwater Court. It was exactly what we needed… small and near our extended family.”
“Sapana goes above and beyond the call of duty,” continues Avni. “When we wanted to remodel the upstairs of the townhome while still overseas, she offered to help us find someone. Her contacts are invaluable. She knows people in air conditioning, roofing, anything you need! A pipe burst in our Telfair home during the freeze. Sapana worked it out with our buyers and she sent someone to clean our house for us. Then before our arrival at our new townhome, she sent a cleaning lady to clean it for us. Sapana is nice, kind, sweet and aggressive all at the same time. She gets it all done! I wouldn’t trust the buying and selling of my home to anyone else. Sapana is a real go-getter and I have genuine respect for her. She knows what she’s doing!
